The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) is planning to spend approximately $10B on multiple construction projects through 2030 to revitalize the Parnassus Heights Campus, which is a dense, active, and urban campus. UCSF Real Estate Campus Design & Construction adopted GIS to assist with reducing risks to projects by communicating logistics and short-term impacts. The GIS program has built several tools and processes to manage the access, submit impacts, and enable notifications.
